Comprehensive design and installation of all domestic water services and heating distribution, tailored to the unique architectural layouts of these bespoke homes.

Complete Electrical Package:

Installation of all internal and external electrical systems, including energy-efficient lighting, power distribution, and data cabling to support modern “commutable” living requirements.

Smart Infrastructure:

Coordination of life safety systems and infrastructure for EV charging points, ensuring each property meets the highest modern standards for safety and connectivity.

Bespoke Plumbing & Sanitary Ware:

High-end bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations that reflect the premium nature of the development and the expectations of Luminary Homes’ clients.
