Platinum Scotland was proud to partner with Square & Crescent on The Calton, a vibrant residential and commercial development located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Situated beside the transformative New Waverley district, this project involved the complex conversion of the former iconic music venue, Studio 24, into twenty-two contemporary apartments and a modern office space.

Adaptive Infrastructure:

Successfully integrating modern plumbing systems into a former industrial/entertainment structure, requiring innovative routing and space-saving solutions.

Implementation of energy-efficient water and heating systems consistent with the “vibrant and cool” destination aesthetic of the New Waverley area.

Fast-Paced Delivery:

Coordination with the wider construction team to support the development’s successful path to a “sold out” status.
